Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer, which we accept by despatching. The order confirmation email is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance.

Prices are checked, but mistakes are possible. An evident pricing error is raised with you before despatch and you are free to cancel.

Delivery charges, timings and destinations are set out in the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Returns and cancellation
The Refund and Returns Policy and the Cancellation Policy also form part of these terms and take precedence over any summary elsewhere on the site.

Use of this website
The site is for browsing and purchasing. Scraping, copying the content elsewhere, or attempting to disrupt the service are all prohibited.

Intellectual property
Site design, wording and images are the property of The Bird Store or its suppliers. Manufacturer names and trademarks remain with their owners and are used descriptively.

Product descriptions
We describe what we sell as accurately as we can, including sizes, counts and materials. Photographs are representative; colour reproduction varies between screens, and a difference in shade is not a fault.

Liability
Where we are liable, that liability is capped at the value of the order concerned. Rights that cannot be excluded by law are unaffected.

The governing law is that of Florida, United States, and the courts of Florida have jurisdiction.
