Payment Policy

We charge at the point of order. The figure taken is the total you saw before confirming, including delivery where it applies.

Online checkout accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, Klarna, Afterpay and Cash on Delivery (COD). The list shown on the checkout page is always the authoritative one. If you would rather order by phone, telephone +1 407-898-8724 during Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM (ET). Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Closed Sunday or email care@abirdhaven.shop and we will arrange it directly.

Prices and currency

Prices are quoted in US dollars. Sales tax is not currently applied. Any delivery charge appears as its own line at checkout.

Security

We do not hold card numbers. Payment details are handled entirely by the payment provider over an encrypted connection.

Declined payments

A declined payment means no order and no charge. Banks sometimes hold a pending authorisation for a day or two before releasing it.

Refunds

Refunds are always returned to the method used to pay; we cannot redirect a refund to a different card or account. Timings are set out in the Refund and Returns Policy and the Cancellation Policy.
