The Bird Store keeps this notice so you can see exactly what information passes through this site and what happens to it.

1. What we collect

   An order requires your name, delivery address, email and phone number. Card data is handled by the payment provider, not by us.

2. Why we collect it

   The information is used to fulfil the order, to answer questions about it, and to keep the business records the law requires. It is never sold or rented.

3. Who else sees it

   The delivery carrier gets what it needs to deliver; the payment provider gets what it needs to charge. Nothing else leaves us except where legally compelled.

4. Cookies

   Cookies here do two jobs: remember what is in your basket and keep you logged in. You can block them, though checkout will then not function.

5. How long we keep it

   We retain order records for as long as accounting law requires and no longer. Unconverted enquiries are removed after they are closed.

6. Your rights

   You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to fix it, or ask us to erase it. Email care@abirdhaven.shop; we reply within thirty days.

7. Children

   This shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and will delete any such record brought to our attention.
